Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a preview, activating a workspace, or otherwise using heartlynks.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Your workspace and your data

Each community you create runs in its own isolated workspace. You own the content, member data, and configuration of your workspace. We act as a processor of that data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of your members’ data, for the content published in your community, and for complying with the laws that apply to your organization and audience.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

Building a preview is free and needs no account or card. Starting a free trial requires a payment card. The trial lasts for the period shown when you sign up. There are no subscription charges during the trial, and we email you before subscription billing begins.

To avoid subscription charges, cancel any add-ons you do not want, or your entire subscription, before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins when the trial ends and your card is charged for the core plan and the add-ons you kept. Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period shown at checkout.

Plan features are limited to those included in the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to host unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to send spam, to attempt to breach security or tenancy isolation, or to resell the service except through an authorized reseller arrangement.

We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms or that poses a risk to the platform or other customers.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, heartlynks.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
