1. Data we collect

Affiliate application data: the contact details, website or profile, audience information, and referral plans you provide when applying to our affiliate program.

Account data: the name, email, and organization details you provide when you create a preview or activate a workspace.

Workspace data: the content, configuration, and member information stored inside the community you create.

Usage data: standard logs (such as IP address, device, and pages requested) used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. How we use data

We use affiliate application details to assess applications and contact applicants about the program.

We use your data to provide and maintain the platform, to provision and isolate your workspace, to process payments for paid plans, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your community to advertise to your members.

3. Tenant isolation

Each workspace is logically isolated so that one community’s data is not visible to another. Platform administrators may access data only as needed to operate the service and support customers.

4. Payment information

Card and payment details are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) and are not stored on our servers in full. We retain only the records needed to manage your subscription and comply with tax and accounting rules.

5. Data retention and your rights

We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active and as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention obligations.

When a workspace is closed, its data is scheduled for deletion in accordance with our retention schedule.
