What does the free trial include?
You get days free to try the Heartlynks core community, including Spark, your branding, and admin controls. We ask for a card at signup to help prevent misuse and keep the platform reliable for everyone. You won’t be charged during your trial. We’ll email you before any charge, and billing starts only after the days if you choose to continue.
Do we need a different plan for Spark?
No. Spark is included in the /month plan, alongside the community features. Try the interactive demo to feel the difference for yourself.
Can we keep the community simple at first?
Absolutely. Your admin can enable or disable any feature, including every core module included at /month. Start with only the features your community needs, then switch others on as you grow. You decide what members see and use, shaping the experience around your people. Optional add-ons are /month each.
How much is it with add-ons?
Add-ons are billed on top of your core plan. Use the estimator above to see your exact monthly subscription. The 0.50% sales fee and payment gateway charges are separate.
Are payment gateway charges included in the 0.50%?
No. Heartlynks charges half a percent of the sale amount on sales through the platform, in addition to the payment gateway’s charges. On a $100 sale, the Heartlynks fee is $0.50, plus the gateway charges.
